Women's Ministries

Women of all ages meet together in small groups to encourage and challenge each other in living the Christian Life.  Some of the opportunities available are:

Women of the ELCA meet in 4 different "circles" for Bible Study each month.
This year's theme is "Act Boldly in the Fruit of the Spirit."  Meeting times are:
Rachel Circle - meets 9 A.M. in the lounge on the second Tuesday of the month
Sarah Circle - meets 12 noon in the lounge on the second Tuesday of the month
Miriam Circle - meets 7 P.M. in different homes on the second Tuesday of the
                             month

Women's Renewal Group - born out of the Via de Cristo retreats, this group
meets for Bible Study and prayer on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month.

Young Women's Group - meets for dinner and discussion on the 2nd Tuesday of
the month at 6 p.m., beginning in the fellowship hall.  Discussions generally center
around issues of faith and raising children in the faith.  Games and activities for
children are provided.  The group does not meet in June or July.

Stitcher's Group - meets every two weeks, either Friday or Saturday morning (see
the church calendar) in the lounge to work on needlecraft projects.  Many projects
are available, or you can bring one you are currently working with.
